Warehouse Picker & Packer 6898

Location:
Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

Hours:
Minimum 37.5 hours per week, working 5 shifts Monday – Saturday on a rota basis. Shift times are 07:00 – 16:30 and 09:00 – 18:30, with Saturdays 07:00 – 16:00. Candidates must be flexible to work both early and late shifts, with shift patterns based on production needs. Flexibility to stay later when required is essential.

Salary:
£13.29 p/hour + overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Picker & Packer:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately within a chilled warehouse environment
  • Rotating stock and replenishing products as required
  • Loading and securing orders ready for dispatch
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Working as part of a fast-paced warehouse team to meet production targets
  • Operating PPT/LLOP equipment (full training provided)

Key Skills of a Warehouse Picker & Packer:

  • Positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable undertaking physical, hands-on work in a chilled warehouse environment
  • Flexible approach to shifts and overtime requirements
  • Reliable transport to commute to Tewkesbury
  • Previous warehouse or FMCG experience advantageous, but not essential
  • PPT/LLOP licence beneficial, although training will be provided
  • Keen to learn and develop within a growing business
