If you want to let us know that you are not able to attend work please ensure you ring rather than email.  We are available 24 hours a day and need to be able to pass the message on for you.

Payroll

If you have a query around your pay or holiday pay please just call us on 01453 755330, alternatively, send an email to payroll@first-base.co.uk and we’ll happily help.

Please note that timesheets should be in by 10am on the Monday following the week worked to ensure payment can be made.

Finance

If you have a query on an invoice or a statement or if you need you advise us of a payment date please feel free to call and speak to our finance team on 01453 755330. Alternatively, email finance@first-base.co.uk when one of the team will be straight back to you.
