Warehouse Operative 6524

Location: Stroud 

Hours: Weekly Rotation, Monday to Friday
Week 1: 5:30 AM to 2 PM 
Week 2: 09:30 AM to 6 PM 

Salary: £28,600 per annum 


Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative

  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

  • Safely and efficiently moving a wide range of products.

  • Keeping accurate records and processing paperwork efficiently.

  • Receipting raw materials and finished goods using SAP software in real time.

  • Processing all finished goods deliveries using SAP software.

  • Maintaining good housekeeping in both raw material and finished goods warehouse locations.

  • Managing raw materials between multiple warehouse locations.

  • Carrying out monthly/yearly stock takes.

  • Maintaining company equipment on a weekly basis.

  • Ensuring all SKUs are available for sample/ post room picking.

  • Providing cover for holidays and sickness when required.

  • Multitasking and self-managing in a fast-paced environment.

  • Making occasional departmental decisions outside office hours.


Key Skills of a Warehouse Operative

  • Counterbalance forklift licence.

  • Full driving licence (desirable).

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP experience desirable).

  • Self-motivated with good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to prioritise and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
