Location: Gloucester

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Salary: £12.75 per hour (Expected hours: 40–45 per week)
 

Brief overview of the job role:
Our client is a family-run business with a forward-thinking team and a fantastic culture. They are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their team and support the company’s growth.
 

Key responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

  • Picking and consolidating customer orders.
  • Sorting and organising shipments for both goods in and goods out.
  • Packaging products according to company specifications.
  • Ensuring facilities are kept clean and tidy.
  • Demonstrating good judgment and completing tasks efficiently.

Key skills of a Warehouse Operative:

  • Experience in operations.
  • An innovative and common-sense approach to tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
