Van Driver – Temporary

Job Title: Van Driver

Location: Stroud

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Typical start time: between 5:00am and 6:00am, with early starts of 4:30am on Tuesdays and Fridays (job and finish arrangement)

Salary: £13.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities of a Van Driver:

  • Work as part of a small, professional driving team.
  • Make scheduled collections from veterinary practices across the Midlands and South West region.
  • Ensure safe handling, loading and management of clinical and veterinary waste.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all clients and colleagues.
  • Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times.

Key Requirements of a Van Driver:

  • Full UK driving licence with excellent driving ability.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including early starts between 5:00am and 6:00am, and 4:30am on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Reliable, punctual and conscientious.

This is a full-time, temporary position for up to two months, with an immediate start available.
