Location: Bridgwater
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday 8:00am–1:00pm
Contract: 6-month fixed term (potential to extend)

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operative to join a busy department producing metal products

Key details:

• 6-month contract with potential for extension
• Working in a team of 8 in a busy, fast-paced department
• Hands-on role involving the finishing of metal products
• Operating industrial machinery such as guillotines and swagers
• Manual buffing and general finishing tasks
• Physically active role – on your feet throughout the day
• Standard day shift hours (8:00am–4:30pm Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–1:00pm Friday)
• Possibility of moving to shift work for strong performers
