Administrator – 6661

Location: Quedgeley

Contract: Temporary (3–4 months), potential to go permanent 

Hours: Full-time, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation

  • Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and engineer call-outs

  • Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day office administration

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Provide general administrative support across departments during busy project periods

Key Skills of an Administrator:

  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Confident working with purchase orders, invoicing, and scheduling systems

  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • CAD experience would be an advantage but is not essential
