Overview
An excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Site Support Administrator to support the Site Manager and Leadership Team. This varied role combines finance, HR and general administration responsibilities, helping to ensure the smooth running of the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and circulate weekly KPI reports covering Health & Safety, Quality, People, Delivery and Cost
- Support budget holders with accurate spend tracking and financial reporting
- Raise and manage purchase orders, GRNs and SAP transactions
- Act as main contact for temporary agencies and support payroll processes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, absence monitoring and holiday management
- Maintain the site training matrix and ensure compliance
- Promote Health & Safety and Quality standards, ensuring visitors follow site procedures
- Organise site events, manage visitors and oversee office supplies
- Drive 5S standards within office and reception areas
Key Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience within a busy site or manufacturing environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- SAP experience desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
