Job Title: Sales Office Administrator 6223
Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Monday – Friday with alternate Saturdays, 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,251.68 per annum
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Office Administrator:

Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone, email, and fax to ensure smooth deliveries.

Handle customer delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Provide a professional and friendly service when dealing with customers over the phone or at reception.

Collaborate with stock control and assist with invoice distribution.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
Key Skills of a Sales Office Administrator:

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
