Job Title: Sales Office Administrator 6223

Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Monday – Friday with alternate Saturdays, 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,251.68 per annum


Key Responsibilities of a Sales Office Administrator:

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone, email, and fax to ensure smooth deliveries.

  • Handle customer delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

  • Provide a professional and friendly service when dealing with customers over the phone or at reception.

  • Collaborate with stock control and assist with invoice distribution.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.


Key Skills of a Sales Office Administrator:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
