Sales Negotiator
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Hours: Mon – Fri | 8:45am – 5:30pm | Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:45am–4:00pm with a lieu day
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 with OTEs of £30,000+
Our client is looking to find an experienced hard-working, positive, and energetic Sales Negotiator to join their vibrant market leading team in Farringdon!
The ideal candidate will have agency experience and will be a confident Sales Negotiator, communication skills and being a team player is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:
- Negotiating offers and closing sales.
- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers & vendors.
- Communicating with clients face to face, email and telephone.
- Booking in viewings and valuations.
- Conducting viewings.
- Obtaining viewing feedback and updating vendors with the outcome of viewings.
- Ability to provide clients with information on the property market trends and prices.
- Experience in customer service.
- Stay well informed on market conditions in the industry.
- Generating and qualifying leads.
Key Skills of a Sales Negotiator:
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and well-presented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Target driven and dynamic.
- Full UK driving licence & own car.
- Knowledge of state government legislation.
