Sales Negotiator

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Hours: Mon – Fri | 8:45am – 5:30pm | Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:45am–4:00pm with a lieu day
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 with OTEs of £30,000+

Our client is looking to find an experienced hard-working, positive, and energetic Sales Negotiator to join their vibrant market leading team in Farringdon!

The ideal candidate will have agency experience and will be a confident Sales Negotiator, communication skills and being a team player is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:

  • Negotiating offers and closing sales.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with buyers & vendors.
  • Communicating with clients face to face, email and telephone.
  • Booking in viewings and valuations.
  • Conducting viewings.
  • Obtaining viewing feedback and updating vendors with the outcome of viewings.
  • Ability to provide clients with information on the property market trends and prices.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Stay well informed on market conditions in the industry.
  • Generating and qualifying leads.

Key Skills of a Sales Negotiator:

  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and well-presented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Target driven and dynamic.
  • Full UK driving licence & own car.
  • Knowledge of state government legislation.
