Sales Administrator

Location: Tetbury, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Job Description

Our client are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join as a Sales Administrator. 

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple branches.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Maintain a high level of quality control across all tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, acting as a point of contact for the sales teams.
  • Handle a range of tasks independently while working under pressure.

Key Skills of a Sales Administrator:

  • Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • High-level organisational abilities and the capacity to work without supervision.
  • A creative eye and interest in marketing.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Patience and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • A team player who is reliable and enthusiastic about property and people.
