Residential Conveyancing Administrator

 

Location: Cheltenham (Office Based) 
Hours: Full Time | Permanent 
Salary: Competitive 

 

Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Administration Assistant to support a busy conveyancing team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised and detail-focused who enjoys working in a supportive administrative position.  

 

Key Responsibilities of a Residential Conveyancing Administrator:

  • Support the opening of new client files and matters.  

  • Scan and allocate incoming post to relevant files.  

  • Maintain accurate records within case management systems.  

  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.  

  • Assist with document handling and file management.  

  • Support team members with day-to-day tasks as required.  

 

Key Skills of a Residential Conveyancing Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within legal or conveyancing.  

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.  

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.  

  • Confident communication skills, written and verbal.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.  

  • Positive, reliable, and supportive approach.
