Regional Support Manager

Location: Gloucestershire
Retail locations, Warehouse, and e-Commerce

Hours: Full Time – Flexible

Salary: Competitive
 


Key Responsibilities of a Regional Support Manager:

  • Provide hands-on operational support across shops, warehouse, and ecommerce.
  • Support merchandising, pricing, stock rotation, and visual standards.
  • Cover and assist shop teams during absences, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Promote excellent customer service and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of volunteers.
  • Actively promote and monitor Gift Aid compliance.
  • Assist with rota coordination, administration, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Trading Standards, GDPR, and company policies.
  • Share best practices and support continuous improvement across retail operations.

Key Skills of a Regional Support Manager:

  • Retail management or multi-site support experience.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work flexibly across varied locations.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
