Location: 

Gloucester

Salary: 

£11.44 per hour + 20% shift allowances

Hours:

Early shift hours – 6.00am – 2.00pm

Late shift hours – 2.00pm – 10.00pm

Night shift hours – 10:00pm – 6am

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking to expand their well-established workforce. We have an exciting opportunity for a Recycling Operative to join the team and play a vital role in recycling.

Key Responsibilities of a Recycling Operative:

• Sorting and separating recyclable materials
• Operate and maintain recycling machinery and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets and improve recycling processes

Key Skills of a Recycling Operative:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards work
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Physically fit
• Forklift Truck (FLT) license is desirable
