Quality Engineer
Location: Stroud
Hours: Full time, early finish on Fridays
Salary: Competitive, with bonus scheme up to £1,500 per annum
Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will work as part of the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out a range of quality assurance tasks, including planning, monitoring, analysis, and auditing
- Producing Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans for valves, filters, and dryers in line with legislation, industry standards, and customer requirements
- Providing technical quality support across departments for customer queries
- Taking part in investigations to deliver corrective and preventive actions (including 8-D and root cause analysis)
- Assisting in the development and execution of internal audit processes
- Producing analysis data and KPIs for performance reviews
- Supporting the monitoring of internal and supplier non-conformance systems
- Promoting continuous improvement processes within the Quality Team
- Performing other duties as required to support the objectives of the team and customer expectations
