Project Coordinator

Location: Gloucester
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a passion for engineering and manufacturing? Join our busy and dynamic team to play a key role in bridging the gap between sales, production, customers, and subcontract suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice, quotations, and schedule information to support customers in achieving their product requirements and deadlines.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and secure business opportunities.
• Assist in meeting company sales and production targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Promote additional services to customers to fulfil their needs and grow sales.
• Coordinate project management activities, including monitoring scheduling capacity.
• Occasional external visits to group companies and customers.

Essential Experience:

• Previous project management experience.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in 3D printing processes.

Desirable Experience:

• CAD knowledge (Mini Magics, Solidworks, CATIA, or Spaceclaim).
• Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings.

Other Requirements:

• Manufacturing and/or engineering background.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Team player with strong organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Punctual and reliable.
