Production & Warehouse Operative

Location: Wotton Under Edge

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:15 (including a 45-minute paid lunch break)

Salary: Competitive salary, 25 days holiday, plus excellent benefits

We are currently seeking a dynamic Production/Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team at our rural location. This role requires a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in food production or warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities of a Production & Warehouse Operative

• Production of Seasonings & Food Ingredients
• Hygienic Cleaning of Factory and Warehouse
• Material Management and Stock Rotation
• Picking and Despatch of Goods
• Stock Taking and Record Keeping
• Ensuring Food Safety Standards and Hygiene
• Maintenance of Cleaning Records
• Compliance with Production and Storage Procedures

Key Skills of a Production & Warehouse Operative

• Experience in Food Manufacturing
• Training in Food Hygiene, Allergen Awareness, and Manual Handling
• Counterbalance and/or Bendi Fork Lift Truck license desirable
• Safe Operation of Fork Lift Trucks
• Team Player with Attention to Detail
• Ability to Lift up to 25KG
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle
• Right to Work in the UK
• Willingness to Wear Food Safety PPE
