Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: From £11.57 -£12.60
Hours: Full Time | Weekly rotation shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00am – 14:00pm / Monday to Friday 14:00pm – 22:00pm

Our client is looking for a Production Operative to join their team!

You will operate a variety of machinery producing units of packed products whilst ensuring Health and Safety standards adhered to.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative

• Operate a variety of machinery producing units of packed products.
• Pack finished products on the end of the line ready to send through to distribution.
• Ensure a high standard of quality is maintained throughout the production process.
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards in line with Company procedure.
• To communicate any issues as they arise.
• Follow all company procedures and adhere to Health and Safety standards.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring of any other team members.

Key Skills of a Production Operative

• Previous experience in a production role.
• Ability to work in a flexible and organised manner.
• Committed and motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety.
