Location: Stonehouse
Hours: 4 days per week, 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temp to perm

We’re working with a Stonehouse-based business who are looking to bring in an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to support their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid purchase ledger experience who is looking for a part time role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices

  • Matching purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices

  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries

  • Setting up new suppliers and maintaining accurate supplier records

  • Supporting payment runs and posting transactions

  • General finance administration and ad hoc support to the wider finance team

About you:

  • Previous experience within Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable

  • Confident working with finance systems and Excel

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy finance environment

  • Immediately available or on a short notice period
