Paint Technician – Cheltenham

Permanent – Mon to Thurs 7.30 – 4.30, Friday 7.30 – 12.30

£27,000 – £30,700 dependent on experience

First Base Employment is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join a small team at their Cheltenham location to work as a Paint Technician.

Key Responsibilities for the Paint Technician:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring proper monitoring of the paint process
• Loading and unloading components
• Applying primer, topcoat, and gloss finish coatings
• Following detailed written instructions and processes to treat components
• Meeting production targets efficiently

Applicants should have prior experience in paint spraying, with a solid understanding of paint application techniques, especially for gloss finishes. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
