Location: Stroud, GL5

Hours: 40 hours per week – Day Shift

Salary: Competitive


Key Responsibilities of a Paint Sprayer (Aerospace)

  • Prepare coatings and paint systems prior to application.
  • Apply paint systems and other coatings in compliance with customer and company specifications and processes.
  • Maintain operational equipment in line with company policies and health & safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Support associated processes and functions alongside the Chemical Milling / Paint Shop Manager.

Key Skills of a Paint Sprayer (Aerospace)

Essential:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s direct experience working as a Sprayer and/or within a Paint Shop environment.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Ability to follow company Data Cards (Process Instructions).

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working within an Aerospace AS9100 approved facility.
