Office Administrator

 

Location: Tewkesbury

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, with alternate Saturdays (finishing around 14:30 on Saturdays; a weekday off provided when working Saturdays)

Salary: £27,435.24 per annum

 


Key Responsibilities of a Sales Office Administrator:

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone, email, or fax to ensure seamless deliveries.
  • Address delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Greet customers with a friendly, helpful attitude over the phone or at reception, ensuring each interaction reflects dedication to service.
  • Work closely with stock control, assist with invoice distribution, and contribute to the smooth operational flow.

 


Key Skills of a Sales Office Administrator:

  • Proven experience in customer service with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries and interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and ensure accuracy.
  • A can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt and support new processes.
