Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

Location:  Stroud

Hours: Night shift – 10pm until 6am, 5 days a week

Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of a Production Supervisor:

• Ensure production runs smoothly, is cost-effective, and delivers products on time.
• Manage staff members and assign daily tasks to achieve production targets.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the production line, ensuring schedules are adhered to.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and problem-solving.

Key Skills of a Production Supervisor:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of production processes and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and use it to make informed decisions.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
