Night Shift Operative – Stroud

£15.94 per hour – Temp to Perm

Sun 11pm – 6am, Mon to Thurs 10pm – 6am

First Base Employment has a requirement for a Night Shift Operative to work with their client based in Stroud to work as an operative in one of their Production departments. 

Working on the Night Shift and Reporting to the Production Manager you will be working on a wide range of processes, assisting with material movements, waste clearing, recycling activities and actively contributing to various teams and initiatives within the Plant. 

You will have the responsibility for the quality of your own work and will report any defects to a Team Leader or the Production Manager and ensure you have adequate information to complete your task.

Interested applicants will have previous experience working in manufacturing and will be comfortable carrying out physical work activities. Heavy lifting will form part of this role.

An excellent hourly rate of £15.94 will be paid to the successful applicant
