Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Contract: Ongoing temporary with strong potential to go permanent

Overview of a Marketing Assistant:

This is a great opportunity for a creative and organised individual to join a busy team, supporting the creation of high-quality presentations and marketing materials.

You’ll focus on building engaging PowerPoint presentations for client proposals, events and reporting, working closely with internal teams to bring content together in a clear and professional way.

This role would suit a graduate in a relevant subject or someone with a background in administration, marketing or a creative field who enjoys working with content and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant:

• Create engaging, on-brand PowerPoint presentations

• Support client proposals, event presentations and reporting packs

• Gather and organise content from different teams

• Ensure consistency in branding, tone and layout

• Edit and refine content to a high standard

• Use tools such as PowerPoint and AI platforms to support content creation

Key Skills of a Marketing Assistant:

• Strong PowerPoint skills and attention to detail

• Good written communication skills

• Creative mindset with a good eye for layout and design

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Confident working with different teams
