Location: 
Gloucester, Gloucestershire

Hours: 
Weekly Rotation: 
6 AM to 3 PM Monday to Friday 
8:15 AM to 5:15 PM Monday to Friday 

Salary:
£29,835 per Annum 


Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

  • Picking and consolidating customer orders
  • Sorting and organising shipments for Goods In, Goods Out, and Replenishment
  • Packaging products in line with company specifications
  • Completing tasks efficiently with close attention to detail
  • Demonstrating good judgement across all aspects of the role
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
  • Following all Health and Safety protocols

Key Skills of a Warehouse Operative:

  • Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Counterbalance forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Proactive and forward-thinking with a practical mindset
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
