Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours:
Weekly Rotation:
6 AM to 3 PM Monday to Friday
8:15 AM to 5:15 PM Monday to Friday
Salary:
£29,835 per Annum
Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking and consolidating customer orders
- Sorting and organising shipments for Goods In, Goods Out, and Replenishment
- Packaging products in line with company specifications
- Completing tasks efficiently with close attention to detail
- Demonstrating good judgement across all aspects of the role
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Following all Health and Safety protocols
Key Skills of a Warehouse Operative:
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Counterbalance forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Proactive and forward-thinking with a practical mindset
- Reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
