Starting at £12.75 p/hour
Key Responsibilities of a Heatseal Operative
- Operating heat press machinery to apply logos and branding to garments
- Positioning logos accurately to ensure high-quality finished products
- Preparing garments ready for heat sealing and checking work orders
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure logos are applied correctly and to company standards
- Packing and preparing completed garments for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Key Skills of a Heatseal Operative
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience beneficial but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
- Reliable with a positive and hardworking attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good level of dexterity and care when handling garments and materials
