Forklift Operator 6481

Location: Sharpness 

Hours:
Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts: 6 AM – 2 PM / 2 PM – 10 PM
OR 
4 – ON, 4 – OFF: 6 AM to 6 PM 
OR Night shift options available. 

Salary: £14.20 per hour 

 


 

Key Responsibilities of a Forklift Operator:

  • Operating counterbalance forklifts to safely load and unload stock, including pallets of Fever-Tree products.

  • Moving stock between production, warehouse, and dispatch areas.

  • Carrying out stock rotation and accurately locating product within the warehouse.

  • Assisting with goods-in and despatch processes as required.

  • Completing relevant paperwork and using warehouse management systems.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Supporting warehouse and logistics teams with additional duties as required.


Key Skills of a Forklift Operator:

  • Valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

  • Flexible and reliable approach to shift work.

  • Previous experience working within an FMCG or drinks logistics environment would be an advantage.
