Location: London
Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends and event days
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + annual bonus 

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations across two premium hospitality sites.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in high-volume food and beverage operations who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities of a Food and Beverage Manager:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations including event planning, live service, and breakdown

  • Lead and inspire teams across two venues to consistently deliver outstanding service

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with senior managers to drive revenue, manage costs, and meet business targets

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Liaise with suppliers, chefs, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations

  • Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service standards

Key Skills of a Food and Beverage Manager:

  • Proven leadership experience in food and beverage roles within hospitality or events

  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining exceptional standards

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach to problem solving

  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to motivate teams across multiple locations

  • Passionate about food, drink, and delivering great guest experiences
