Deburr / Mechanical Assembly Operative 6893

Location:
Stroud, Gloucestershire

Hours:
Day Shift

Salary:
£13.50 – £13.75 per hour dependent on experience
Potential for Late Shift – Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm – 10:00pm at £18.45 per hour

Key Responsibilities of a Deburr / Mechanical Assembly Operative:

  • Carry out deburring and finishing of precision components
  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks to required standards
  • Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Inspect components for quality and accuracy
  • Support a variety of production and assembly tasks as required
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Follow company procedures and health & safety standards

Key Skills of a Deburr / Mechanical Assembly Operative:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a finishing or mechanical assembly environment
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across a range of production tasks
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible and reliable approach to work
