Customer Service Manager – 6542

Location: Tewkesbury

Salary: £39,500

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with alternate Saturdays (finishing around 14:30; a weekday off provided when working Saturdays)


Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Manager: 

  • Lead and support a team of Customer Sales Administrators to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain customer records, pricing and reporting to drive improvements.

  • Handle queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.


Key Skills of a Customer Service Manager:

  • Previous experience managing a customer service or office team

  • Strong communication and people management skills.

  • Confident decision-maker with excellent organisation and attention to detail.

  • Strong IT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
