Location: Gloucester (Office Based)
Hours: Full Time | Permanent
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy customer service team within a fast-paced office environment. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, processing orders, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls.

Process orders via phone and email.

Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly.

Complete and maintain accurate customer records.
-
Manage back orders, shortages, and transport queries.

Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.

Maintain high productivity and service standards.

Support additional administrative tasks as required.
Key Skills of a Customer Service Administrator:

Minimum 1 year’s experience in a call centre or customer service role.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Calm and professional telephone manner.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.

Confident using computer systems and databases.

Quick to learn new software and processes.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.

Proactive and able to work independently or within a team.
