Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full-time | Permanent | Double Days Shifts
Salary: £23,400 – £24,375 plus shift allowance of £7,409 per annum

We are currently seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for operating CNC machines to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and meet the required quality, quantity, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Machine Operator:

  • Cleaning and de-burring of parts
  • Operating machines using best practice
  • Running machines in line with cycle time and estimated costed time
  • Working to production priorities set by supervision
  • Maintaining good standards and supporting a culture of 5S and Safety
  • Highlighting issues and problems to the cell leader or production manager

Key Skills of a CNC Machine Operator:

  • Able to work to standard operating procedures
  • Previous CNC machine operating experience
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
