Location: Cheltenham (2 days WFH)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45k + 20% bonus + exceptional benefits package
Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager

Proactively prospect new clients through well-researched, personalised outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and events

Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients, clearly communicating how the company’s services deliver real commercial value

Represent the business with energy and professionalism at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and new clients

Provide timely, consistent follow-up to ensure exceptional service and long-term relationship building

Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and client experience
Key Skills of a Business Development Manager

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within a B2B or service-led environment

An analytical, inquisitive and technical mindset

Strong communication and organisational skills, with a positive, reliable and detail-focused approach

Confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Commercially minded, target-driven and self-motivated
-
Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of success
