Telesales Executive 

Job Description

Our client is looking for an energetic and self-driven Telesales Executive to join their team. As a Telesales Executive, your responsibilities will be to close sales via phone calls. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, a positive outlook, and a history of achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities 

• Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell products/services.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest in offerings.
• Consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Maintain and update customer information in the company's database.
• Work closely with key stakeholders within the business.
• Take responsibility and accountability for your sales performance.
• Positively contribute to the team to foster a fun and engaging work environment.

Key Skills 

• Proven experience in closing sales over the phone.
• Confident and self-assured communicator.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient and able to excel in a target-driven environment.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledgeable in sales techniques and principles.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
