Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: Fulltime, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission
Job Description
Our client is looking for an energetic and self-driven Telesales Executive to join their team. As a Telesales Executive, your responsibilities will be to close sales via phone calls. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, a positive outlook, and a history of achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell products/services.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in offerings.
- Consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Maintain and update customer information in the company's database.
- Work closely with key stakeholders within the business.
- Take responsibility and accountability for your sales performance.
- Positively contribute to the team to foster a fun and engaging work environment.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in closing sales over the phone.
- Confident and self-assured communicator.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient and able to excel in a target-driven environment.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledgeable in sales techniques and principles.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
