Location: Gloucester with a hybrid working pattern and travel to client sites (including London and international travel when required)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9–5
Salary: £32k

Our client is looking for a Brand Account Executive to join their expanding team. This position plays an important part in delivering an outstanding client journey for a portfolio of leading global brands. You will support the rollout of large-scale event activations, sponsorship activity, and marketing projects at major events across the UK and overseas.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, strengthening relationships and helping expand collaboration across brand teams, markets, and upcoming product launches.

  • Coordinate and oversee brand activation plans, creative concept development, and campaign ideas.

  • Partner with internal operations, creative, strategy, and venue teams to identify and drive new growth opportunities across sports, music, and cultural events.

  • Take ownership of daily client management and ensure smooth delivery of contractual commitments.

  • Deliver high-quality account management practices including growth sessions, quarterly reviews, update calls, rights tracking, budget reporting, and partnership meetings.

  • Travel internationally when required to support brand activations, sponsorship work, and experiential campaigns at key events.


Key Skills:

  • Experience managing client accounts in an experiential agency, event environment, or fast-paced marketing setting.

  • Solid understanding of experiential delivery, brand marketing processes, and campaign timelines.

  • Comfortable handling several projects, clients, and stakeholders at the same time.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident client handler with strong relationship building, collaboration, and project management abilities.

  • Clear and engaging presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Agency or in-house background required.

  • Experience within start-up or scale-up environments is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of digital media or influencer marketing useful but not essential.

  • Experience supporting brand partnerships across multiple regions is beneficial.
