Blending Operative – Stroud

Position: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week on a 3-shift rotational pattern (Early/Late/Nights)
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus 10% shift allowance for early/late shifts, 33% for night shifts
Holidays: 23 days plus statutory holidays

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading manufacturing company near Stroud. The successful candidate will be an essential part of a small team, performing key operations for product production.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and compliantly produce batches of finished products for bottling.
• Monitor and ensure the integrity of filtration processes.
• Blend raw materials as specified.
• Test and verify product specifications.
• Follow recipes and SOPs to achieve the highest production standards.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, ensuring all Quality standards are met.
• Complete paperwork accurately and follow written instructions.
• Perform testing and record results precisely.
• Coordinate with production line teams to maximise efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Self-motivated and organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Computer literate; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working on a 3-shift rotation, including night shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow complex procedures.
• Strong numeracy and computer skills.
