B2B Sales Executive

Location: Home/Field-Based (Must be based in the Southwest with knowledge of Gloucestershire or North Bristol)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (flexible start/finish times based on client needs)
Salary: Up to £32,000 basic plus uncapped commission + Car Allowance

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with experience in B2B sales. You will be responsible for managing your own territory, building strong client relationships, and selling advertising solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of clients, generating new business while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Sell tailored advertising solutions to meet client needs.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, considering warm/cold areas and geographic factors.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to build long-term partnerships.
  • Attend weekly meetings at headquarters in Worcester (every Monday plus one additional day per week).
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance.
  • Work flexibly to accommodate the schedules of different industries.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience selling B2B in a sales or account management role.
  • Proven experience in media sales would be highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a home/field-based role with regular travel.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
