Location:
Tewkesbury

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1:45 PM – 9:45 PM 
37.5 hours per week

Salary:
£35,470.50 per annum

 

Key Responsibilities of a Assistant Electrical Engineer

  • Responding to breakdowns and carrying out reactive maintenance.
  • Repairing and testing electrical plant equipment.
  • Fault-finding and resolving technical issues.
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance across the Tewkesbury site.
  • Adapting maintenance schedules and liaising with the Engineering Manager as required.

Please note: This is a physically active role and involves manual handling.

Key Skills of a Assistant Electrical Engineer

  • Experience with high-speed machinery, ideally within the dairy or food production industry.
  • Experience working with automated machinery.
  • Strong fault-finding methodology and technical problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
