Assembler Tester
Location: Stroud
Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Salary: £12.81 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an Assembler Tester to join a well-established and reputable company based in Stroud. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent working conditions, and long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities of the Assembler Tester:

• Perform mechanical assembly of products using a variety of tools and assembly aids
• Operate high-pressure test cells to carry out product testing
• Assemble and test products in accordance with specified procedures, without deviation
• Ensure high-quality standards, maintaining product cleanliness and preventing damage during handling
• Support 5S and safety practices across the assembly and testing processes
• Monitor build and test cycle times to align with costed estimates and report any discrepancies
• Carry out additional duties within the Assembly Department as required
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of test equipment and assembly tools

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, build, or fitting
• Competent in using a range of workshop tools and equipment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
