Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Salary:
£12.71 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities of an Anodiser / Electroplater:
- Carry out anodising and electroplating processes in line with company and customer specifications
- Prepare components prior to treatment, including cleaning, masking and jigging
- Monitor chemical processes, tank conditions and bath compositions
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure coatings meet required standards
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and process parameters
- Support general maintenance and housekeeping of plating lines and equipment
- Adhere to all health & safety and environmental regulations at all times
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and resolve any issues
Key Skills of an Anodiser / Electroplater:
- Previous experience within anodising, electroplating or a similar surface treatment environment
- Strong understanding of chemical handling and process control
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specifications
- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible approach to shifts and workload
