Founded in 1997, First Base Employment was born with one key objective in mind – to match the market’s most talented candidates with the market’s best employers. This is something we are extremely passionate about and has been the catalyst for the evolution of our business.

At First Base Employment, we take a modern approach to recruitment, as we recognise that the world of recruitment is constantly evolving and our clients’ and candidates’ needs are forever changing, in line with the economic climate we are faced with.

We have built the business around three specialist divisions, which include Commercial, Engineering and Industrial. Our Engineering and Manufacturing division supplies skilled and semi-skilled engineers across an array of industries. Our Industrial division specialises in supplying temporary and permanent labour into logistics and production environments. And finally, our commercial division offers talent solutions across professional, clerical, and administrative disciplines.
