Estates Administrator
Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday | Permanent
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced Estates Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy private estate. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, coordinating contractors and suppliers and assisting with facilities and operational management across the estate.
Key Responsibilities of an Estates Administrator:

Provide administrative support to the Estate Manager.

Coordinate day-to-day estate administration activities.

Liaise with contractors and manage related documentation.

Support facilities and property administration tasks.
-
Manage supplier invoices and monitor budgets.
-
Work closely with finance teams to maintain accurate records.

Purchase supplies and manage stock requirements.

Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks.
-
Identify and suggest process improvements where appropriate.
Key Skills of an Estate Administrator:

Previous administration experience within a facilities, property, or operational environment.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive and adaptable approach to work.

Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
-
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Professional and reliable approach.
-
Full UK driving licence required.
