We are working with a growing and forward-thinking business in Cheltenham that is looking to bring on a Graduate Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop within a commercial, people-focused role with genuine long-term progression.

The Role

This role sits within the commercial team and focuses on generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Identifying and researching prospective businesses and key decision makers

• Conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels to introduce the company and its services

• Building relationships with prospective clients and arranging meetings

• Presenting the company’s services in a confident and engaging way

• Supporting the wider sales team with developing and progressing opportunities

• Maintaining accurate records of outreach and activity within the CRM system

About You

• Recent graduate (any degree considered)

• Competitive, driven and motivated to succeed

• Naturally personable with strong communication skills

• Confident reaching out to new people and starting conversations

• Organised, proactive and keen to learn

• Interested in developing a career within sales or business development
