Production Assembly Operative

Production & Assembly Operatives – Stonehouse
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Day Shift)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm

First Base Employment is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a successful manufacturing business in Stonehouse as Production & Assembly Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in a hands-on role in a clean and structured environment. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple assembly lines in a clean production environment
  • Handle and assemble small plastic components
  • Operate light machinery and process equipment
  • Label, pack, and box finished products
  • Maintain quality standards and repeatable production performance

Key Skills

  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • A team player with strong time management
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures
