Electrical Fitter

Location: Near Dursley
Hours: Monday to Friday, Days
Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Fitter to support electrical installation, refurbishment and repair work within a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities of an Electrical Fitter:

  • Electrical installations, modifications and repairs
  • Fault finding using electrical test equipment
  • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Loom builds and repairs, including crimping and terminations
  • Ensuring clean routing and protection of wiring
  • Supporting quality checks and sign-off as part of refurbishment work packs

Key Skills of an Electrical Fitter:

  • Strong electrical fitting background
  • Confident fault-finding skills
  • Experience with loom builds and terminations
  • Ability to work accurately to drawings and specifications
