Location: Heysham (In-person)
Hours: Monday – Friday (No weekends)
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Office Administrator to join a busy, well-established company in the industrial sector. You’ll be at the heart of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting a professional, friendly team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being organised, keeping operations running efficiently, and providing excellent administrative support.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and office documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and provide general administrative support to the team
- Ensure the office operates efficiently, creating a welcoming and professional environment
- Assist with ad hoc office administration tasks as required
Key Skills
- Minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and ability to commute reliably to the site
