Production Operatives

Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Pay: £14.10 per hour
Hours: 5th January to mid-February: 07:30–16:00 and 09:30–18:00 rotating. Mid-February to June: 05:30–14:00 and 13:45–22:15 rotating
Contract: Long term temporary

To continue our success and support our growth we are looking to recruit multiple Production Operative, who can become a team player within a busy production department on a long term temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

  • Monitoring production machinery
  • Maintaining product quality and safety standards
  • Upholding housekeeping standards
  • Providing break cover for line supervisors and operators
  • Monitoring and minimising component wastage

Key Skills of a Production Operative:

  • Counterbalance forklift licence is preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Capable of maintaining paperwork systems with good basic maths
  • Strong attention to detail in a repetitive environment
