Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Salary: Up to £44,000
Key Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant:
- Provide seamless executive support to the Chairman, including diary management, travel coordination, and preparation of itineraries, board papers, and presentations.
- Act as first point of contact and trusted gatekeeper between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, property, and investment advisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Support personal and family matters including household management, children’s schedules, travel, and lifestyle services.
- Manage budgets, expenses, invoice approvals, and reconciliation processes with strong financial awareness.
- Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and ensure smooth administration across both business and personal domains.
Key Skills of an Executive Assistant:
- Proven experience in senior Executive Assistant or Private PA roles.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence to manage sensitive matters.
- Strong financial awareness and confidence working with external advisors.
- Tech-literate and confident with modern digital tools and platforms.
